Vaccine day
Mar. 2nd, 2021 10:54 amPete was listening to coronacast this morning and they were talking about how so many things about the vaccine are unknown. Will it prevent transmission? Dunno.
The other day there was a news report that they found covid in fecal samples in Victoria recently. So people in the community clearly have it.
Where I work, quarantine still holds. Some very sick people come from overseas with other issues and the quarantine period means we treat them as potential covid even though they test negative, until the entire 16 day period is over. Im in small ICU. We share the corridor, the supplies and help out the staff dealing with that pt so the risk, is there
Like the needlestick. Fairly low risk. But not no risk.
