So far drop off has been fab all year. The other kids have been crying but not my 2. I think its because they have each other at drop off so they feel better about it. This will likely change in the coming days - it's Wendy's first day of preschool by herself (but she has 2 previous class mates in her group), and May2 will be going to her own "Stanmore Kindy" which isn't kindy but Wendy is confused.

I tried explaining it on the bus this morning

See Wendy you go to preschool first, then kindy, then year 1 year 2 etc all the way to year 6. But when you get to year 1 you will be 6 and then 7 in year 2 and so forth. Does that make sense.

Wendy seemed confused. But won't I be 2 in year 2? and I'm say: but your not 2 your almost 4.

She still looks confused.
