Rainy nights and unsettled baby,

Zelda is becoming a cuddle cat again.
Tonight she tried to climb into my lap while I was cuddling Miss Gwendolyn who refuses to sleep in her cot.
Zelda sniffed the baby and eventually after rubbing herself here and there tried to settle in too.
Her head resting on my wrist as I type.
A moment of peace.
Today's win: I finally remembered to donate my unused insulin to insulin 4 life, thus freeing up some valuable space in the fridge.
I also cleaned the baby change table and found a bunch of newborn nappies to pass to a workmate whom is having their baby soon. They're coming tomorrow to pick them up.
Today's loss:
Wendy basically refused to sleep longer than 40 mins in it. Where is my 3-4.5 hour baby?
Can she come back?
At mothers group there is a pediatric dental surgeon who has to go back to work this week. Her IT WFH husband will be caring for baby. He's been inducted into the group. He handled the baby so well I was impressed. I hope he feels welcomed enough to come next time.
