Not a fanfic rec
Jan. 21st, 2021 05:31 amOk here goes unfinished DSR:
Whats being going on now that you have gone by RosalindBeatrice
It's a heavily Canon inspired fic that interweaves the what if DSR actually happened.
Fluff and sex apparently, is what happens. S can't control her sex drive (and we all know that's realistic) in early s8 and Dogette is there for the taking. Mid story, S comes to realise M is the only one for her and essentially becomes the biggest bitch and rejects Doggy-breath for M cold.
I didn't know how the author was going to play out the whole DSR / MSR as she saw it, and frankly it's cute and sweet and actually the writing isn't bad (it gets better as you go along). So I stuck with it despite it being unfinished.
In my mind, if DSR ever happened it would have been after M died, not before.
I hate unfinished fic. How do you know the author won't get busy or lose interest? The storyline could be actually good and with no ending... anyhow. I'm not sure I want to see how this one ends.
Canon is bent to suit what the author wishes and I don't think I learn anything about anyone. Its DSR fantasy and babyfic wrapped up together and now I'm pining for some good old fashioned casefile adventure.
When really I should be revising ICU dialysis.
Can I unread the last half a day spent on this?
