Rando thoughts on The Office s4

whitewriterUpdated whilst I rewatch the first half.
I've up to that part in The Office where Pam and Jim get together.
There's a lot of romance in season 4.
Jim and Pam
I haven't read a single spoiler (is it a spoiler if the show is >10 years old?) but Pete mentioned once (oh how cruel) that they don't stay together.
So I've been waiting for them to break up just as long as I've been waiting for them to get together.
Jim related -
I miss the haircut Jim got for his big interview. The moppy look was cute for one season, but that kid needs a proper haircut!
Michael and Jan
Pete labeled Jan as crazy and a psychopath but I just don't see it (shocker!).
Sure she got a boob job, but heaps of people do that. Attention seeking. Doesn't make her a psychopath. Then she went and forced Micheal to take her back; and now she's ruining him financially. But does that make her a psychopath?
Plus its not her fault he's totally bad at financial management - he ruined that car by listening hardcore to the GPS; he bought that condo for too much - and he makes too little working for that tiny company.
I think she's a psycho-girlfriend, but Michael let's her take advantage of him. So I feel less sorry for him. Why doesn't he get mad at her? -for wasting his money?
It's a credit that Jan is so hot. She should get a real job and stop being a depressed sore loser. Michael isn't good at motivating her out of her depression.
Or maybe he is, I guess we'll see.
Dwight and Angela
Dwight pines for Angela who dumped him because she killed her cat.
I'm on Angela's side here. Even if the cat was half dead that was beyond cruel.
She still misses Dwight though - so I wonder how long she will punish him for.
Andy and Angela
Andy's efforts to win over Angela are admirable. If I had a guy sing me a song like that I don't think I could say no to be honest.
She's wasting his time though, that's my prediction she'll go back to Dwight as soon as she's over the cat thing.
Kelly/Ryan/Darryl
Kelly seems way messed up. She is the ultimate in the crazy scale - her eyes are WAY crazy. In the crazy hot scale of HIMYM I'd think she scores high for both crazy and hot. Poor Ryan is caught in her web.
Darryl is the ultimate in cool. He's taking no crap from anybody and he sets his rules tight. I want to see more of where this goes. Can he tame her crazy?
I doubt it, but I also don't think he'll get trapped in her web.
Kelly needs to figure out how to let go of Ryan.
